This is a real force-directed layout solved every frame, not a recording of one. Every pair of nodes repels on an inverse-square term, the fifty edges act as springs with a rest length of ninety, and a weak pull toward the centre keeps the graph from drifting off-stage; velocity is damped to 0.85 each tick so the system settles rather than oscillating. Because the seed positions are random, the graph finds a different arrangement on every load and you watch it resolve. Labels are drawn above their node so the text never sits under the disc.
