Equal-length strands fan in from off-frame, unwrap, rewrap; flat cut ends glow on one plane.

A bundle of fibre-optic strands packed like a cable cross-section, all the same length so every cut end sits on one plane. The root is off-frame. On scroll, or on its own when idle, the bundle runs one full cycle: a wrapped rope, a straight fan, a wrapped rope again. Each flat cut end glows bright at the centre with a darker ring, with motes drifting off the ends. Near-horizontal, about twenty degrees off, ends tipped a little toward the viewer. Tip colour is the page's primary, the core a dark tone of it, the ground the dark stage.
