• Converted into a native UI component (wave-3 of backlog 5.4): plain HTML/CSS/JS on the design tokens. The shipped files are the conversion; the source files it was converted from (source.paths, at source.commit) are not shipped.
• Rebuilt the two Mantine inputs as plain DOM: a help icon tooltip on hover/focus and a password field whose tooltip tracks length; the icon became a real button and a show-password toggle was added.
• Passed the accessibility gate on 2026-10-06: hosts, render, keyboard, focus, axe, reduced, tokens, motion (scripts/ui-waves/pipeline.ts). axe-core 4: no violations at rest or after activation (WCAG 2.2 A/AA + best practice). Colour contrast is reported, not gated: passes.

Modifications (CreativePower): converted on 2026-10-06 from mantinedev/ui.mantine.dev@7bce6d790cf2 (lib/InputTooltip/InputTooltip.story.tsx, lib/InputTooltip/InputTooltip.tsx, lib/InputTooltip/attributes.json) into CreativePower's native pattern format — rewritten as plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with its colours, fonts, spacing, corner radii and shadows on design tokens (the source's own values as fallbacks), its demo imagery, fonts, icons and copy replaced by neutral ones, and a prefers-reduced-motion rule and a visible focus style added.
