• Passed the accessibility gate on 2026-10-06: hosts, render, keyboard, focus, axe, reduced, tokens, motion (scripts/ui-waves/pipeline.ts). axe-core 4: no violations (WCAG 2.2 A/AA + best practice). Colour contrast is reported, not gated: passes.
