Product recall checker

A searchable library of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission's recalls. Each recall has its number and date, the title and description, the hazard, the remedy (refund, repair, replace), the injuries and incidents reported, where it was sold, the countries it was made in, how to contact the firm, and a link to the notice on cpsc.gov. Each recalled product has its category and the number of units; the manufacturers, importers and distributors are listed as firms, so you can see every recall a firm has had. Photos are links to cpsc.gov, not copies. Check a crib, a charger or a toy before you buy it secondhand, or keep a store's shelves clear of recalled stock.
