A help desk for a small team, modelled on the one CreativePower runs its own support with. Every request is a ticket with a readable number, a topic, a status (New, Open, Waiting on customer, Resolved, Closed), a priority and an assignee. Keep the conversation with the customer, internal notes the customer never sees, and saved replies for the answers you give often, with a calendar of when tickets came in.
