College search

The US Department of Education's College Scorecard: about 6,300 colleges, universities and trade schools that take federal student aid. For each school: where it is, public or private, its size, admission rate and SAT/ACT scores, tuition, cost of attendance and the net price families actually pay, how many students finish, and what former students earn and owe. Each school's programs by field of study and credential come with their own debt and earnings figures where the Department publishes them. Compare schools, shortlist by cost and outcomes, or find who offers a major.
