Animal explorer for kids
An animal explorer seeded from Wikidata: well-known species of mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish and insects (each with an English common name, a Wikipedia article and a picture), sorted into their order and family, with, where Wikidata has them, body mass, length and life span. Every animal links to its Wikipedia article, its picture's page on Wikimedia Commons (with the photographer's credit) and its official record in ITIS, the Integrated Taxonomic Information System.
